My grandmother was in Yuba City Post Acute for end of life treatment and she got the best care. Under the supervision of Belinda Fernandez and her wonderful team. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Yes I received at Yuba City Post Acute the best care for my grandma. She was there about a month at the facility and felt more at home than the hospital. The staff there was very professional and my grandma was very satisfied with the care she was given.

I absolutely love my CNA’s Crystal, Rachele, Kelly are my #1’s the dsd Belinda is amazing. You can order something different from what’s on the menu that day. ❤️

I’m 84yrs young and came to Yuba City Post Acute from Rideout Hospital. This place has done more for me than any other. Belinda & Administration are Top Notch in providing excellent care, as do their Nurses , CNA’s and others. Kitchen staff are attentive to our individual needs & wants. PT & OT worked hard to get me back on my feet, even when I was sassy 😂, they loved it! God Bless & Thank you all!

To all my CNA girls, you are hardworking, loving, and caring. When i need you , you come to my aid no matter what it is.. no questions asked! my nurses are amazing and so compassionate. zero complaints about the staff. They’re a little crazy around here I love it! As for the kitchen its seen better days. Thank you to the staff of YCPA!

The staff are very attentive. They help with any and all problems or needs. The attitude is very upscale with staff and residents alike.

My grandfather was only here for a short time for rehab, but the staff was attentive, and professional. Always making him laugh and feel comfortable as well as us family! Also Belinda was fantastic, she made the whole situation easy and painless

I’m thankful for YC Post Acute and all the services they provide. Administration works hard to accomodate patients needs. Nursing staff and student nurses work hard to provide excellent care, they aim to please and last but not least, Jared & his team in Physical & Occupational Therapy care are top notch! The “Ouch Hallelujah” gang who knows how far to push you in accomplishing your physical goals. Thank you to all!

5 stars for the nursing and hands on care-giving, as well as, the facility social worker…she was exceptional. Facility itself is older and busy, but very clean.

My sister has been at Yuba City Post Acute for over 7 years. She and I are both very happy with the care she receives from the wonderful staff and students that help tend to her needs. Admin is wonderful and is always willing and accommodating whenever there are issues of any kind. I serve as my sister’s Power of Attorney, so I am active in her care and needs. Thanks to staff at YCPA, I rest assured knowing that we are a team working together for the care of my crazy sister who I love so much. Thank you Yuba City Post Acute!

My loved one was very well taken care of, she was always clean , her clothes were clean and her bedding was clean. PT was wonderful with her, she wasn’t always happy but they were always encouraging. Any issues we had were addressed and taken care of. Our family wouldn’t hesitate to use Yuba City Post Acute again.

Therapists are very supportive of their patients with positive encouragement in reaching their goal, of going home.
