I’m here post stroke, attentive staff, friendly yet professional and all are good at what they do. I have yet to meet anyone who is not good at what they do. Decent food for a hospital setting. Clean inside and out with no smells. I have no problem recommending Yuba City Post-Acute.

The facility is kept very clean, the staff is supportive and wonderful. The food is excellent, we had carrot cake for lunch. PT is awesome, helpful and patient, they know how to help. I highly recommend.

My husband was there in 2024 the staff was very attenuative and caring. I felt seen and heard with all concerns in terms of treatment plans and care. The activity staff was amazing at engaging him in fun activities so that he never felt alone or isolated. You never plan on having an emergency happen in your 40’s that will require a skilled stay, but they not only made me feel safe at the end of the night when I had to go home but enjoyable for the family visits as well. I highly recommend YCPA if you or a loved one find yourself needing skilled care.

I’ve had a few family members in here most recently an Aunt. The care that was given by the staff here gave us a piece of mind. Everyone was so professional and caring, I can’t thank them enough !!

I’d like to thank the therapy staff for all their help in my recovery. Me and my husband have had a good experience here with therapy.

My mother was recently here for two days after being discharged from UC Davis before being admitted back into another hospital. I walked in and wanted to start crying. I had residents who were in wheelchairs at the entrance immediately start asking me to take them home because they just wanted to go home. There was screaming from several residents constantly either needing things, crying, or just yelling. It was dark and dingy. The staff was rude, short and curt not only with the patients but with myself as well. All the while their doctors show up in over priced teslas to make quick rounds and then leave. The front staff is on their phones and or gossiping with each other. Thankfully I was able to get my mother into a different post acute upon discharge and she did not have to go back here. I literally have nightmares of how bad this place was. Don’t be fooled by their “five star” rating banner hanging out front!
