What a wonderful place! Every single one of the staff members from the top to the bottom are friendly and helpful. Taylor at the front desk is a Rockstar! The place is really clean. The food is fantastic. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

This place is amazing! It is super clean. The staff is top notch! So friendly, helpful and accommodating!!! Just had lunch here with my dad who is currently a patient and wow! The kitchen staff know how to please your palatte! I would definitely recommend this place if you or your family are in need of after hospital care!!!!

My grandpa was there for some time & the care he received was exceptional. I was very pleased by the staff and cleanliness of the facility over all. Every time I came to visit, my grandpa was always in good spirits and was happy which made me feel overwhelmed with joy. Staff were always checking in on him and patient care was definitely a 10 star. I recommend the Yuba City Post Acute to anyone searching for that perfect fit! My Dad stayed in Yuba City Post Acute for over a month. They took great care of him. They listened to our concerns; and gave us valuable advice. Everyone was great! I totally recommend this facility. Nice outdoor area too. Very grateful to all of them! ❤️🥰

The team works closely with patients on a 1:1 basis, giving personalized attention that really helps individuals regain strength and confidence. Their focused approach makes a noticeable difference in helping patients progress efficiently and return home in a timely manner. A special mention goes to Adriana in Social Services. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated to her work. Adriana goes above and beyond to ensure each patient has a safe and smooth discharge plan, and her compassion truly shines through in everything she does. We also deeply appreciate their partnership with Comfort Keepers, a locally owned company that provides 1:1 in-home care. This collaboration allows seniors to transition home with a solid safety plan in place, giving families peace of mind and patients the support they need to thrive. Overall, Yuba City Post Acute is a facility that genuinely cares about its patients, and we are grateful for the strong partnership and the high level of care they provide.

Yes I received at Yuba City Post Acute the best care for my grandma. She was there about a month at the facility and felt more at home than the hospital. The staff there was very professional and my grandma was very satisfied with the care she was given.

I’m 84yrs young and came to Yuba City Post Acute from Rideout Hospital. This place has done more for me than any other. Belinda & Administration are Top Notch in providing excellent care, as do their Nurses , CNA’s and others. Kitchen staff are attentive to our individual needs & wants. PT & OT worked hard to get me back on my feet, even when I was sassy 😂, they loved it! God Bless & Thank you all!

To all my CNA girls, you are hardworking, loving, and caring. When i need you , you come to my aid no matter what it is.. no questions asked! my nurses are amazing and so compassionate. zero complaints about the staff. They’re a little crazy around here I love it! As for the kitchen its seen better days. Thank you to the staff of YCPA!

My grandfather was only here for a short time for rehab, but the staff was attentive, and professional. Always making him laugh and feel comfortable as well as us family! Also Belinda was fantastic, she made the whole situation easy and painless

I’m thankful for YC Post Acute and all the services they provide. Administration works hard to accomodate patients needs. Nursing staff and student nurses work hard to provide excellent care, they aim to please and last but not least, Jared & his team in Physical & Occupational Therapy care are top notch! The “Ouch Hallelujah” gang who knows how far to push you in accomplishing your physical goals. Thank you to all!

My sister has been at Yuba City Post Acute for over 7 years. She and I are both very happy with the care she receives from the wonderful staff and students that help tend to her needs. Admin is wonderful and is always willing and accommodating whenever there are issues of any kind. I serve as my sister’s Power of Attorney, so I am active in her care and needs.
