Such a great facility my aunt was here for a very long time. She was well taken care of . This building offer so much love and compassion for their residence it gives you such an inner peace knowing that your loved one is receiving the best amount of care as possible . I have been here twice at ycpa there has been a lot of wonderful people who have gone out of there way to help me during my stay here. I have had some issues at times with the kitchen. I have had wonderful care from cnas and nurses. Always welcoming me back when I have had to go to hospital trips. I been very blessed to be her ycpa

I was a patient there at Yuba City Post Acute for 4 months for a Broken Femur and an Amputated foot to heal and with physical therapy help. The team there at Yuba City Post Acute was most helpful in my recovery and took care of my Healthcare needs during my stay as a patient there. Thank you team YCPA

My mother came to this facility for physical therapy. She had great care and I was able to ask Belinda any concerns and she was always helpful and able to answer all my questions. She was walking by the time I took her home. The team here is awesome!

What a wonderful place! Every single one of the staff members from the top to the bottom are friendly and helpful. Taylor at the front desk is a Rockstar! The place is really clean. The food is fantastic. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!

This place is amazing! It is super clean. The staff is top notch! So friendly, helpful and accommodating!!! Just had lunch here with my dad who is currently a patient and wow! The kitchen staff know how to please your palatte! I would definitely recommend this place if you or your family are in need of after hospital care!!!!

My grandpa was there for some time & the care he received was exceptional. I was very pleased by the staff and cleanliness of the facility over all. Every time I came to visit, my grandpa was always in good spirits and was happy which made me feel overwhelmed with joy. She is incredibly kind, attentive, and dedicated to her work. Adriana goes above and beyond to ensure each patient has a safe and smooth discharge plan, and her compassion truly shines through in everything she does. We also deeply appreciate their partnership with Comfort Keepers, a locally owned company that provides 1:1 in-home care. This collaboration allows seniors to transition home with a solid safety plan in place, giving families peace of mind and patients the support they need to thrive.
